Biography


Shangchen is currently a Research Fellow at MMLab@NTU, working with Prof. Chen Change Loy on low-level vision and multimodal generation. Before that, he earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), also supervised by Prof. Chen Change Loy at MMLab@NTU. His research interests include computer vision and computational photography, with a focus on generative intelligence. He has done a wide range of work on 2D and 3D visual enhancement and creation, with the goal of building more capable generative AI with industry-level quality and applicability.
